Turkey Oak

Turkey Oak (Quercus cerris) is a exotic tree included in the City of Sydney tree species list. Council data indicates approximately 15 m high and 10 m spread, with a vase canopy form. Its recorded local performance is somewhat reliable. Final selection should still account for available soil volume, services, exposure and the mature canopy required on the site.

Quercus cerris belongs to the Quercus genus within the Fagaceae family. It performs reliably across temperate, subtropical, urban zones in our experience.
