Apprentice / labourer
On-site from week one. White card + TAFE Cert III Landscape Construction funded. Rotated across soft works, hardscape and irrigation so you see everything. Year 1–2.
02
Qualified tradesperson
Running small elements independently. Tool allowance, ute option, specialisation encouraged in horticulture, paving or water features. Year 3–5.
03
Leading hand
Small crew leadership. Reading drawings, setting out, subbie coordination. First-aid and traffic control tickets covered by us. Year 5–8.
04
Site foreman
Full site ownership. ACONEX / Procore / programme management. We back your Cert IV / Diploma / builder's licence. Year 8+.
