Mertya

Mertya (Meryta denhamii) is a exotic tree included in the City of Sydney tree species list. Council data indicates approximately 6 m high and 3 m spread, with a rounded canopy form. Its noted amenity value is interesting foliage. Its recorded local performance is unknown. Final selection should still account for available soil volume, services, exposure and the mature canopy required on the site.

Meryta denhamii belongs to the Meryta genus within the Araliaceae family. It performs reliably across temperate, subtropical, urban zones in our experience.
