Saucer Magnolia

Saucer Magnolia (Magnolia x soulangeana) is a exotic tree included in the City of Sydney tree species list. Council data indicates approximately 8 m high and 6 m spread, with a rounded canopy form. Its noted amenity value is prominent flowers. Its recorded local performance is somewhat reliable. Final selection should still account for available soil volume, services, exposure and the mature canopy required on the site.

Magnolia x soulangeana belongs to the Magnolia genus within the Magnoliaceae family. It performs reliably across temperate, subtropical, urban zones in our experience.
