Crepe Myrtle

Crepe Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica x fauriei cv.) is a exotic tree included in the City of Sydney tree species list. Council data indicates approximately 7 m high and 5 m spread, with a spreading canopy form. Its noted amenity value is prominent flowers. Its recorded local performance is very reliable. Final selection should still account for available soil volume, services, exposure and the mature canopy required on the site.

Lagerstroemia indica x fauriei cv. belongs to the Lagerstroemia genus within the Lythraceae family. It performs reliably across temperate, subtropical, urban zones in our experience.
