Liquorice Plant

Helichrysum petiolare, the licorice-plant or liquorice plant, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is a subshrub native to the Cape Provinces of South Africa — where it is known as impepho — and to Angola, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Helichrysum petiolare belongs to the Helichrysum genus within the Asteraceae family. It performs reliably across temperate, subtropical zones in our experience.
